Step into
a winter wonderland
as you move through the Day Tour and Evening Candlelight Tour of
Homes. This spectacular event will be held November 30 & December 1 in Historic
Madison, Georgia.
This festive tour is sponsored biennially by Friends of Heritage
Hall/Morgan County Historical Society, and the tours will feature
5 different historic and private homes, not normally open to the
public. All homes will be beautifully decorated for Christmas ...
Also included, in the tour, will be 4 public, historic homes also
decorated... Most of the sites are located in
the historic district, which boast the largest collection of
19th century architecture in Georgia.
Take a
stroll in downtown, decorated for Christmas, and enjoy holiday treats
at one of Madison's restaurants or sweet shops. You will enjoy stopping
in the antique shops and specialty stores that add to Madison's
charming character. Why not stay overnight at one of our special
lodging establishments, but most of all, you will find the joy
of the Season.
